• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $16

• Free U.S. Shipping on Orders $95+

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bramblewood pieces 🤍 If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Home décor (pillows, blankets, throws, covers)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
